Natural Supplement Guide - Do Multivitamins Actually Do Anything?

I have gotten a lot of questions about multivitamins. There are many questions that need to be answered, but the most pervasive one is "do multivitamins actually do anything?"

I can say that I would not be taking them if they did not do anything for me personally. I have experienced significant shifts in my health for the better by taking a high quality supplement.

However, I have to point out that most of the multi-nutrient supplements available today are not worth your money, because they use outdated technology and are way behind the curb on most things.

Many companies just throw in lots of vitamins and minerals and hope that people will buy their products. The unfortunate fact is that most people buy, because they do not understand many things that go on in a supplement like this.

First of all, in nature, no vitamin or mineral is eaten alone and isolated, like they are in most multivitamin supplements. Sure, these vitamins and minerals are put in the same capsule or tablet, but that does not change anything. What you want is a supplement that has all the ingredients working together, in synergy.

You then have to look at the quality of the raw ingredients used in the product and how the tablets are made and processed. Many companies destroy their ingredients to some extent, negating a lot of the health benefits in them.

So the question "do multivitamins actually do anything?" actually has two answers. Most supplements do not give you any health benefits whatsoever, BUT the small percentage of products that are high quality and use cutting-edge technology can dramatically improve your health.

The improvements that I have personally noticed are:

o Better sleep
o Improved memory
o Increased focus
o Increased happiness
o Increased strength
o Improved energy

There are so many more health benefits that I can rabble up. Even my mother has pretty much gotten rid of her insomnia, skin problems and significantly lowered her stress levels.

I am not exaggerating at all. This is all true, but in order for you to take advantage of these benefits, you really have to do your research and find a cutting-edge multivitamin that is applying the latest nutritional science.

If you can find the right natural multivitamin, the health benefits can really be dramatic and we haven't even begun talking about the long-term effects of preventing diseases and slowing down aging.
